Tracking your order is easy — and kind of exciting 🛴📦

Once your order is shipped, you’ll get a tracking link so you can follow your scooter’s journey straight to your door.


As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email. In that email, you’ll find:

  • A tracking number

  • A clickable tracking link to follow your package in real time

No problem! Here's what you can do:

  • Check your spam or promotions folder

  • Log into your ScootWorld account to view your order status

  • Still can’t find it? Just contact us or call +45 70 26 79 79 and we’ll resend your tracking info


📦 Which courier do you use?

We ship with GLS and other reliable delivery partners, depending on your country.
Your tracking link will show updates directly from the courier.
