Yes! You can return or exchange your item directly in one of our ScootWorld stores — easy and hassle-free. 🔁


🛍️ In-Store Return Locations

You can bring your item to either of our physical store locations:

🇩🇰 Denmark – Copenhagen
📍 Bådehavnsgade 4, 2450 København SV
🕒 Mon–Fri: 11:00–17:00, Sat: 10:00–14:00

🇪🇸 Spain – Barcelona
📍 CL PROVENCALS NUM.71, 08019 Barcelona
🕒 Mon–Sat: 10:00–20:00


✅ What You’ll Need to Bring

  • Your order number (found in your confirmation email)

  • The item(s) in unused condition and original packaging

  • A valid proof of purchase (order email or invoice)


⏳ Return Timeframe

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return, and 365 days to exchange your item in-store.


⚠️ What Can’t Be Returned?

Some items may not be eligible for return:

  • Used, damaged, or scratched parts

  • Custom-built scooters

  • Items returned after the 30-day window

  • Safety gear (if worn) due to hygiene reasons
