Can I change something on my order after placing it?
We get it — sometimes you hit “Buy Now” a little too fast. While we move fast to pack and ship your order, we’ll always do our best to help if you need to make a change. Here’s what you need to know 👇
🔁 Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet:
We can usually update the delivery address, change color/size, or cancel your order.If your order has already shipped:
We can’t make any changes once it’s been handed over to the courier — but you can return or exchange it when it arrives.
