Can I change something on my order after placing it?

We get it — sometimes you hit “Buy Now” a little too fast. While we move fast to pack and ship your order, we’ll always do our best to help if you need to make a change. Here’s what you need to know 👇


🔁 Can I update or cancel my order?

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet:
    We can usually update the delivery address, change color/size, or cancel your order.

  • If your order has already shipped:
    We can’t make any changes once it’s been handed over to the courier — but you can return or exchange it when it arrives.

We don’t always catch emails fast enough before the order is packed, so if it’s urgent, give us a ring!


💬 Want to email instead?

If your change isn’t urgent, you can still email us:

  1. Open your order confirmation email

  2. Click “Reply”

  3. Include your order number and what you'd like changed

We’ll do our best to catch it before it ships.


❗ Important:

  • Once an order is packed and shipped, we can’t modify it.

  • You can still return or exchange the item once it arrives.
