Once your order is shipped, we will send an update to your email with your tracking number. This tracking number allows you to follow your package all the way from our warehouse to your home. You can also find the tracking number by logging into your ScootWorld account under “My orders”. If you haven't received an email with your tracking number, it may be because the order has not yet been shipped or the email has ended up in your spam folder. If you still can't find it, contact our customer service.
