📝 Step-by-Step: Submitting a Warranty Claim

  1. Gather Your Info
    Make sure you have the following ready:

    • Your order number or proof of purchase

    • A short description of the issue

    • Photos or videos that clearly show the problem

  2. Send Us an Email
    Email us at [email protected] with the subject line:
    "Warranty Claim – [Your Order Number]"

  3. Attach All the Details
    Help us speed things up by attaching:
