🔁 How to start a return or exchange:

Enter your order number and the email address used for your purchase
Choose the item(s) you want to return or exchange
Select your reason for the return
Follow the step-by-step instructions to complete your request
📦 Return conditions:
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return.
You have 365 days from the delivery date to exchange.
Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging
Custom-built scooters or products with visible wear cannot be returned
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless we sent the wrong/damaged item
💳 Refunds:
Once your return is received and approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
If you used a gift card, the refunded amount will be returned to the same card
