Not happy with your order? No worries — we make returns easy 🔁💚

Whether it’s the wrong size, color, or just not what you expected, we’re here to help you exchange or return your item smoothly.


🔁 How to start a return or exchange:

  1. Visit our return portal here: [Insert Return Portal Link]

  2. Enter your order number and the email address used for your purchase

  3. Choose the item(s) you want to return or exchange

  4. Select your reason for the return

  5. Follow the step-by-step instructions to complete your request


📦 Return conditions:

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to return.

  • You have 365 days from the delivery date to exchange.

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging

  • Custom-built scooters or products with visible wear cannot be returned

  • Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless we sent the wrong/damaged item


💳 Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 3–5 business days

  • If you used a gift card, the refunded amount will be returned to the same card
