When you return something, you want it sorted fast. Here's the honest timeline.

Refund

1. You send the parcel with the label from the return portal.
2. The parcel reaches our warehouse — we start checking it.
3. Within 4–7 working days of receipt the money is back on your original payment method, or on the method you chose in the portal. Peak periods can take a little longer.

Exchange

1. Same as above — choose Exchange in the portal.
2. Once we've checked the returned item, the new one ships (same day if it's in stock).
3. Any price difference is charged via the portal's payment link or refunded to the original payer.

Tip: need the replacement quickly? Order the new item now and return the old one — we refund it when it arrives.
