If you’ve requested an exchange:
Send the item back (you’ll receive instructions by email)
Once we receive and inspect the return (usually within 2–5 business days of arrival)
Your new item is shipped out right after — with tracking sent to your inbox
⏱️ Total time: Usually 7–10 business days from the day you ship it back
💰 Refund Timeline
If you’ve asked for a refund instead of an exchange:
Once your return arrives and is approved, the refund will be processed within 1–3 business days
Depending on your payment method, it may take 2–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account
💳 Example:
Paid with credit card? Expect your refund in ~2–4 business days
Paid with PayPal? It’s often instant, but can take up to 48 hours
