How to Assemble Your Stunt ScooterUpdated 20 hours ago
New scooter just arrived? Let’s get it rolling — no stress, no guesswork 🔧🛴
Most complete stunt scooters arrive 80–90% pre-assembled. All you need is a few tools, a flat surface, and about 10–15 minutes. Here’s how to do it right the first time.
🧰 What You’ll Need
Allen keys (usually included in the box — sizes 5 mm and 6 mm)
A flat surface to work on
Optional: Torque wrench or Loctite (for extra-tight builds)
🛠️ Step-by-Step Assembly Guide
Unbox everything
Lay out the bar, deck, clamp, tools, and any extras
Double-check that all bolts are included
Attach the bar to the clamp
Slide the bar into the clamp or SCS
Make sure the bar is centered (equal gap on both sides of the clamp)
Tighten the clamp bolts
Use the Allen key to tighten each bolt evenly
Go in an X pattern (tighten diagonally) to apply even pressure
Don't overtighten — bolts should be snug but not stripped
Align the bar with the front wheel
Stand the scooter up
Make sure the bar is pointing straight forward in line with the fork
Adjust before final tightening if needed
Check everything
Spin the wheels — they should turn freely
Bounce the scooter — no rattles or bar wobble
Tighten headset if needed (especially if using SCS)
⚠️ Common Mistakes to Avoid
Misaligned bars = poor control when riding
Overtightened bolts = can strip the threads
Loose compression = causes wobbling or rattling
🔧 For Scooters with SCS Compression
Make sure bars have no slit
Compression bolt (inside the fork) should be tightened first
THEN attach bars and clamp on top

📦 Pro Tip: Keep the Box
In case of warranty or return, you’ll need the original packaging and parts.
