You have 365 days from delivery to start a return.

1. Find your order number in your confirmation email.
2. Open the right portal: order numbers starting with SWDE / SWSE / SWPL use scootworld.de-old / scootworld.se-old / scootworld.pl-old. All other order numbers use the portal for your delivery country: Denmark · Germany/Austria · Sweden · Poland · other countries.
3. Enter your order number and email, choose the items, choose refund or exchange.
4. Print the label and drop the parcel at a parcel shop.

Refunds are issued within 4–7 working days after the parcel reaches our warehouse (a little longer in peak periods).
