We take great care in packing your order, but sometimes damage can happen during transit. If your item arrived damaged, we’ll make it right — fast.


📸 What to do:

  1. Take clear photos of the damage (item + packaging)

  2. Include your order number and a short description of the issue

  3. Send everything to: info@scootworld.com


🚀 What happens next?

  • We’ll review your case within 1 business day

  • If the damage is confirmed, we’ll send you a replacement part or product at no cost

  • In some cases, we’ll ask you to return the damaged item (we’ll cover the return shipping)

Keep all original packaging in case the courier needs to inspect it.
