Tracking your return

Use the tracking number on the return label you printed from the portal — the carrier's tracking page shows when the parcel has reached our warehouse.

When do I get my money?

We start processing as soon as the return reaches our warehouse. It can take up to 4–7 working days from receipt before the money is back on your original payment method, or on the method you chose in the return portal (store credit, for example). In peak periods — Black Week, Christmas, the start of the summer holidays — checking returns can take a little longer.

• Card: your bank may take a few extra banking days to show the refund after we've issued it.
• Klarna: the invoice is adjusted or cancelled automatically when we issue the refund. You don't need to do anything in the Klarna app.
• PayPal: usually visible within 1–3 days of the refund.
• Exchange: the new item ships as soon as we've checked the returned one.
