Missing something from your order? Let’s fix it 🔍📦

We always double-check every package — but sometimes things go sideways. If something’s missing, we’re on it.


📝 What to do:

  1. Double-check all packaging — sometimes small parts are packed inside boxes or under padding

  2. If you’re still missing something, send us:

    • Your order number

    • A photo of the items you received

    • A quick description of what’s missing

  3. Contact us via email: info@scootworld.com


🚀 What happens next?

  • We’ll verify your order contents

  • If something was left out, we’ll ship it to you immediately — no extra cost

  • You’ll get a new tracking number once it’s sent
