When Will My Order Ship?Updated 23 days ago

Placed your order? Nice! Here's when it'll be out the door 🚪📦

We know you’re excited to ride, so we make sure to pack and ship your order as fast as possible.


🚀 When do we ship?

  • Orders placed before 15:00 (CET) on business days are usually shipped same day

  • Orders placed after 15:00 or during weekends/holidays will ship the next business day


📦 What happens after shipping?

Once your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll get:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking link to follow your order in real-time

  • An estimated delivery date based on your country (see: “What’s the delivery time?”)


❗ Exceptions

We ship quickly, but delays can occasionally happen due to:

  • Stock issues or backorders (products marked with longer delivery times on the product page)

  • High-volume sales periods (like Black Friday)

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping info

  • Courier delays (GLS, etc.)

  • Holidays
