Placed your order? Here's when it leaves us.

• Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day ship the same day.
• Orders placed after 14:00, or on weekends and Danish public holidays, ship the next working day.
• Orders tagged External – Longer Delivery contain an item from our own external warehouse: dispatch takes 5–7 working days, and we always ship the whole order together.

You'll get a shipping confirmation with a GLS tracking link the moment your parcel is scanned. Delivery after dispatch: Denmark 1–3 working days · Germany/Austria 2–4 · Sweden 2–4 · Poland 3–5 · Netherlands/Belgium/France/Italy 4–7.
