Placed your order? Nice! Here's when it'll be out the door 🚪📦

We know you’re excited to ride, so we make sure to pack and ship your order as fast as possible.

Orders placed before 15:00 (CET) on business days are usually shipped same day
Orders placed after 15:00 or during weekends/holidays will ship the next business day

Once your package leaves our warehouse, you’ll get:

A shipping confirmation email
A tracking link to follow your order in real-time
An estimated delivery date based on your country (see: “What’s the delivery time?”)

We ship quickly, but delays can occasionally happen due to:

Stock issues or backorders (products marked with longer delivery times on the product page)
High-volume sales periods (like Black Friday)
Incomplete or incorrect shipping info
Courier delays (GLS, etc.)
Holidays
