Sometimes tracking info doesn’t update right away — but your order is most likely still moving.
🕒 Common reasons for no tracking updates:
Label created, not yet scanned
The order has been packed and labeled but hasn’t been picked up by the courier yet.
In transit with no new scans
GLS may not scan every stop. It might suddenly jump from “shipped” to “out for delivery.”
Weekend or holiday delay
No scans typically happen on weekends or public holidays.
Courier system delay
Sometimes GLS or partner systems delay syncing info to the tracking page.
