Tracking stuck? Don’t worry — here’s what it usually means 👇

Sometimes tracking info doesn’t update right away — but your order is most likely still moving.


🕒 Common reasons for no tracking updates:

  1. Label created, not yet scanned

    • The order has been packed and labeled but hasn’t been picked up by the courier yet.

  2. In transit with no new scans

    • GLS may not scan every stop. It might suddenly jump from “shipped” to “out for delivery.”

  3. Weekend or holiday delay

    • No scans typically happen on weekends or public holidays.

  4. Courier system delay

    • Sometimes GLS or partner systems delay syncing info to the tracking page.


⏱️ What should I do?

  • Wait 24–48 hours after your shipping confirmation for updates.

  • If you still don’t see changes after 2 business days, contact us.
