No stress — you have 365 days from delivery to exchange, so a Christmas or birthday gift in the wrong size can be swapped whenever it's convenient.

1. Ask the gift-giver for the order number (it's in their confirmation email).
2. Open the return portal for that order — see How Do I Return or Exchange an Item? for which portal to use — and choose Exchange.
3. Pick the new size. If the new item costs more, the portal sends a payment link; if less, we refund the difference to the original payer.
4. Print the label and drop the parcel at a parcel shop. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
