🔁 How to Exchange for Another Size or Color

  1. Email us at [email protected]
    Include your:

    • Order number

    • The item you want to exchange

    • The new size or color you’d like instead

  2. Send your item back once approved

    • You’ll get clear return instructions

    • In most cases, you’ll cover the return shipping cost unless we made a mistake

  3. We’ll ship the replacement as soon as we receive and inspect your return

    • You’ll get tracking info once it’s on the way 🚚


✅ Exchange Conditions

To make sure we can accept your return:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

  • We can only exchange for available items (we’ll let you know if something’s out of stock)


💳 Price Difference?

If the new item is cheaper, we’ll refund the difference.
If it’s more expensive, we’ll send you a secure payment link before shipping the replacement.
