At ScootWorld, we try to make returns as easy as possible, but in most cases, the customer covers the return shipping cost unless the return is due to our mistake (like a wrong or damaged item).


🚚 When You Cover Return Shipping

If you simply changed your mind, ordered the wrong size, or want to exchange for a different item:

  • ✅ You can absolutely return or exchange it

  • ❌ But you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost

  • 🧾 We’ll refund or exchange your item once it arrives and is checked by our team

💡 Tip: Use a tracked shipping method to make sure your package gets back to us safely.


💥 When We Cover Return Shipping

We’ll cover return shipping if the error is on our end, such as:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item is damaged upon arrival

  • There’s a manufacturer defect and it qualifies under warranty

In these cases:

  • Just send us photos of the issue

  • We’ll send you a prepaid return label

  • We'll arrange the correct item or issue a refund right away
